Ms. Hess is a partner at the Law Offices of Cheryl Lynn Hepfer. Ms. Hess has been practicing family law since 1993. Ms. Hess graduated from Washington University School of Law in 1992 and earned a B.A. degree from the University of Rochester. She is admitted to practice in Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, New Jersey, New York and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Hess is active in the Montgomery County Bar Association. She was awarded the outstanding chair of the year award for her service as co-chair of the Montgomery County Bar Association Family Law Section. She is past President of the Prince George's County Women's Bar Association and is active in the Montgomery County Chapter and the Maryland State Women's Bar Association. Ms. Hess has also been involved in the American Inns of Court. Ms. Hess has been a speaker at various continuing education courses and civic organizations. Ms. Hess has also authored several articles, including articles in the Family Law Section Newsletter of the Maryland State Bar Association.
