Ms. Freed has more than 30 years of experience in the mental health field.  She is a founding member and past co-president of CDA and a founding member and past chair of the Montgomery County Divorce Roundtable and a founding member of MCPC.

She specializes in helping children, adolescents and adults deal with the impact of separation and divorce and the changes brought about by the restructuring of families.  She was chosen by her peers as one of the best mental health professionals in the DC Metro area in the category of separation and divorce, Washingtonian Magazine's "Best of Washington" July, 2009.

Ms. Freed is an experienced divorce coach and works with couples through the collaborative Divorce process to resolve issues in a way that will enable them and their families to move forward with their lives.

As a mediator Ms. Freed facilitates couples in making decisions as they separate their lives and plan for their children.

In working with individuals, Ms. Freed helps clients deal with anxiety and depression as well as relationship issues.  She works with couples to strengthen and enhance their relationship and improve communication with each other.

Ms. Freed has extensive experience in working with children, adolescents and adults with Learning Disabilities and Attention Deficit Disorder and has been helpful to parents in understanding their children and their children's needs.
